• If you like what you see then please email or call us to ask any questions, talk through your ideas or discuss having an initial design and costing
  

• We will be happy to send you larger images and samples of the products if neccessary. A site survey can also be requested. We would be delighted to meet you.
  

• Then if our furniture is just what you are looking for and you are keen to get moving do post, fax or email your room dimensions/plans detailing your storage requirements.

• Once received we will email you your initial 3D colour design and costing within 24 hrs. It will be based on all the details and dimensions you have provided

• If you really feel our dressing room furniture is exactly right for you, you may request we design your new dressing room with you in your home. We can then show you finishes and samples
  

• Let us know what you think! We can work on the layout and configuration together in order to get it exactly right for you
  

• We will email any amendments to you as and when we do them for your convenience
  

• The design and cost can then be finalised
  We will ask you for a 50% deposit in order for your new furniture to be put in to production
  

• Cheque and bank transfer are preferred methods of payment. Full details will be given. 
  

• All relevent receipts and documents will be sent to you
  

• Delivery is usually 4-6 weeks. You will be notified of an exact week commencing delivery date unless a preferred date after this period has been requested by you
  

• Install your new wardrobe yourselves, use your own installer or request one of recommended fitters. A separate installation cost will be stated for this
  

• We will make all the delivery and installation arrangements for you
  

• The balance is due upon delivery of the items.

• The installation cost is made payable direct to installer upon completion
